Language training to Secondary school teachers in Rwanda
NILE delivers language training to thousands of teachers in Rwanda
A programme delivered virtually in collaboration with British Council has so far supported 2500 secondary school teachers across Rwanda. First started in August 2023, the second phase will finish soon.

AI Guidance
Following extensive work by NILE academic colleagues on the impact of Artificial Intelligence for our NILE Master’s programme, we have put together a parallel version of our guidance for our CELTA and DELTA programmes, which has been approved by Cambridge Assessment English.
We are happy to share this with the wider language teacher education sector. Read NILE's guidelines for the appropriate, positive use of AI tools when studying CELTA and DELTA courses here.

NILE supports local sustainable project
At NILE we are committed to minimising the impact of our activities on the environment. One of our aims - to engage in local, national and global community efforts to minimise climate change - has propelled us to team up with local educational charity The Papillon Project, which works with Norfolk secondary schools to set up allotment projects.
