Payment options for NILE courses

Paying your course fees should be an easy and convenient process and we are always happy to accommodate whichever payment method you are most comfortable with.

Details of how to make payments are listed below, or to discuss this further contact NILE's Registrar Alison Lake at registrar@nile-elt.com.

Payments can be made in Pounds Sterling or Euros. A deposit of 20% is payable on acceptance onto a course. The balance of all fees should be paid 4 weeks before the start of your course. Your place on the course cannot be guaranteed until we have received your deposit, which will be deducted from your total course fee. If you enrol within 4 weeks of the start of the course or the course is being taken online, full fees should be paid at the time of enrolment. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to hold a place unless fees are paid promptly.

On receipt of invoice, course fees can be paid in the following ways:

1) Credit or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo cards) or UnionPay Credit Card

You can make an efficient online payment with your credit or debit card.

You will need the following details from your invoice:

  • Name
  • Date
  • Invoice Number
  • Amount

And the following card details:

  • Name and initials, exactly as they appear on the card
  • Cardholder Account Number
  • Type of Card
  • Expiry Date
  • CVS (last 3 digits on reverse of card)

Please note:

Credit card payments can only be taken in Pounds Sterling and therefore will be subject to exchange rate variances.

NILE cannot accept payment information / card details by email.
