Lindsay WarwickNILE Consultant Trainer

Lindsay Warwick is a DELTA-qualified teacher, trainer and materials writer. She taught in Japan and Italy before returning to the UK where she taught and trained at a private language school in Cambridge for many years. Her role there involved teaching general English and exam preparation classes to mostly adults, training new teachers on CELTA courses and developing in-service teachers on training courses such as using new technologies and train the trainer. She was also involved in the development of in-service teachers working at the school.

For the past five years, Lindsay has worked as a freelancer, working with teachers and learners online as well as face-to-face. She co-wrote a course for teachers transitioning between face-to-face and online teacher which won an ELTon award in 2019.

Lindsay is an author of several coursebook series including Roadmap, Formula, Gold Experience, and Gold (Pearson), and Skillful Reading & Writing 4 (Macmillan). She has had articles published in English Teaching Professional and Modern English Teacher.
