Kerry is a seasoned edtech executive with a career spanning global commercial roles across leading education and technology organisations including Macmillan Education, FutureLearn, Coursera and Avallain. She has worked extensively in educational technology, artificial intelligence, and international market development, with a focus on driving strategic growth and innovation across Higher Education, Private Language Schools, Publishers and Corporate clients.

At Macmillan Education, she was instrumental in establishing the long-standing partnership with NILE, supporting innovation in teacher development and digital learning. Her collaboration with NILE has continued through more recently in her role at Avallain, where NILE has provided expert piloting and consultancy services.

Kerry is CELTA-qualified and spent the early years of her career teaching English in Spain and the UK. This classroom experience gives her a practitioner’s perspective that complements her commercial acumen. Her broad understanding of the edtech landscape, hands-on teaching background, and strong commitment to advancing international education make her a valuable contributor to the NILE Advisory Board.
