Erin LakeNILE Online Client Manager

As NILE Online Client Manager Erin deals with enquiries, enrolments and general administration for the NILE Online courses.

She also deals with face-to-face enrolments, including production of student documentation from initial enrolment to final certificates, and maintains the student/course database. She currently also leads Trinity CertPT administration and accounts receivable. As part of the Student Services team she works closely with her colleagues to prepare for all courses at NILE and to ensure that participants have the best possible experience during their stay.

Before joining NILE in 2014 she completed a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia, and an MA in Creative Writing at Westminster University.
