Caroline ChapmanNILE Consultant Trainer

Caroline is a DELTA-qualified teacher, trainer, speaker and materials writer.

Her ELT journey began in Poland in 2001 and she also worked in the UK before moving to Spain where she has taught for over 20 years.

She is currently working as a Director of Studies and as a Teacher Trainer to provide training for in-service teachers on areas such as lesson planning, developing learner autonomy, pronunciation and collaborative learning. She has extensive classroom experience with young learners and teenagers and has also taught classes in local state schools.

Caroline completed the NILE train the trainer course in 2017 and is a local tutor on the DELTA.
