Carole Anne RobinsonSenior Trainer

Carole Anne Robinson is Senior Trainer at NILE and has held this position since 2010, after a five-year period of working freelance for the company. She is involved in training teachers on CELTA courses as well as closed- and open-enrolment courses for teacher and trainer development. She is the DELTA Module 2 Leader and Coordinator and tutors on NILE’s MA programme.

Her ELT qualifications include an MA in Applied English for EFL and she is a CELTA and Delta Assessor.

In addition to working in the UK, Carole has trained teachers in Poland, Russia, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Hong Kong. During her career, she has been the Director of Studies of two International House schools and also worked at a senior level for the Bell School in Norwich. She is particularly interested in Discourse Analysis, Dogme ELT and CLIL and regularly gives presentations at international seminars and conferences.
