At NILE, the welfare of our students and staff is always our top priority. Following the UK Government’s announcement on the 4th of January of another national lockdown, and advice from our accrediting bodies, we will continue to keep the the course centre in Norwich closed to reduce the impact of the coronavirus.

However, all staff are still working remotely, supporting our hundreds of online students whose courses are still running as normal.

With the good news of a vaccine programme being rolled out nationally, we are hopeful and confident that we will soon be able to return to our teaching facilities in Norwich, and all our summer face-to-face courses are open for enrolment. In addition, we plan to run courses at our partner institutions in Galway, Ireland, and Malta.

In the meantime, we continue to focus on expanding and deliver a fantastic NILE Online experience.

This spring we are delighted to move over to a brand new platform, with a new fresh look and some new functionality added to the same great content. More details to be published soon.

Courses starting in January include Teaching IELTS, Testing, Technology and Trainer Development. In addition, our range of NILE Online courses can now be extended with the new Trinity Certificate for Practising Teachers.

We will continue to update you via the website, social media and email regularly on our plans for re-opening the Norwich centre. Please contact us on our usual emails, via the website or directly through your tutor with any queries on current or future courses and projects.

Stay safe.
