Niamh OramStudent Support Officer

Niamh first joined NILE in 2022, working summers as a receptionist and providing administrative support while completing a BSc in Psychology at the University of York.

After graduating, she returned to NILE as a permanent member of the team in the role of Student Services Officer. In this role, Niamh is responsible for supporting participants outside the classroom, including organising day trips, evening events, and social activities for those visiting NILE in Norwich as well as learners on NILE Online courses. She also coordinates the free online and face-to-face English classes offered as part of the CELTA course.

She loves meeting people from all over the world and creating opportunities for them to experience life in Norwich. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and boating.
