Mark KlopperNILE: British Council Colombia Regional Lead

Mark is the NILE representative in Bogotá, Colombia, working with the British Council and INTO University Access Centre to promote NILE: British Council programmes.

He currently runs a language services company he started 13 years ago, which includes proofreading, translations, and immersion courses besides English and Spanish classes.

When time permits, he still teaches English, which he started 18 years ago at a summer school in Lowestoft, UK. After that, he taught at language institutes in London for a while. He then moved to Bogotá, Colombia, where he gained further experience teaching at universities and as a Cambridge Suites Examiner with the British Council.
