Lucy OramRegistrar & Student Services Team Leader

Lucy is responsible for all initial enquiries and enrolments at NILE. She oversees the administration of NILE's MA programme and as the registered Cambridge Centre Manager administrates the DELTA programme and CELTA courses. Having spent ten years at NILE as part of the student services and accommodation team she is ideally situated to offer NILE course participants any support they may require during their time with NILE. She is a member of the NILE safeguarding and emergency teams with advanced safeguarding, mental health and first aid training.

Prior to joining NILE in 2014 Lucy spent 14 years teaching English as a foreign language, which included 3 years working at a teacher training institution in China and 10 years as manager of a junior language school and guardianship programme for international students. She is CELTA qualified and has a degree in Psychology and English Literature from Northampton University.
