Emily Bryson is an author, teacher trainer, graphic facilitator, visual recorder and ESOL lecturer. She has written various print and digital materials, including National Geographic Learning’s Voices series, 50 Ways to Teach Life Skills and the A-Z of ESOL. She is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and dedicates much of her practice to exploring ways to make learning more accessible for all.

Her teacher training sessions span a vast range of ELT related themes, each delivered using colourful, engaging and unique graphic facilitation techniques. These include hand drawn visual templates, graphic organisers and sketchnotes which bring her sessions to life.

Her areas of expertise include teaching learners from refugee backgrounds, visual teaching methodologies, teaching mixed ability classes, literacy, digital literacy and accessible learning. She hosted National Geographic Learning’s Teaching through Crisis series of professional development interviews and is a blogger for Ellii.com.
