The quality of a question is not judged by its complexity, but by the complexity of thinking it provokes

Joseph O'Connor

Siv's MA research project was on the extent to which teachers retain and put into practical use what they learn on training courses. He maintains a strong interest in this area as well as the development of a growth mindset in learners of all ages and subjects.

Looking to the future, Siv wonders what innovations in technology will mean for the learning of languages while he dreams of finishing his book about cribbage - the world's finest 2-player card game.
