After teaching for many years, Jo Greig worked as the International Marketing Director for Macmillan Education for 15 years where she headed the central marketing team responsible for developing many of the award-winning sales and marketing campaigns. Her role also included new business development, and she was heavily involved in developing the NILE & Macmillan partnership that launched in 2016. Jo's always been teacher-focused whether as a teacher or teacher trainer, she championed classroom-based market research at Macmillan to build a greater insights of the challenges and changes of the ELT 'customer' and developed many new digital marketing ideas to support the needs of those ELT communities
