NILE's MA in Professional Development for Language Education goes from strength to strength.
Although many have sadly had to reschedule or postpone their programmes and dissertations this year, some have managed to continue their post-graduate journey with fantastic results!
The main academic board for the MAPDLE took place last week on the 17th September. For the first time it was held by Skype, which proved to be a very efficient way of conducting the meeting, although the Norwich contingent of course missed visiting Chichester in person.
11 MAPDLE awards were made, with 8 for the full award and also 2 postgraduate diplomas and 1 postgraduate certificate. This brings the total awards made this year to 29.
Currently we have over 230 people registered on the programme, which is incredibly pleasing given the current global situation.
Our warmest congratulations to everyone who has graduated this year and also to all those on the programme who are finding ways to continue their professional development even in the most difficult of times professionally and personally.
