Phil Ball, internationally renowned CLIL trainer, Eltons nominated materials writer and NILE MA tutor is inviting you to discuss "The Changing Face of CLIL" in a webinar Thursday 9 March at 7pm GMT (time where you are).

The talk will discuss and illustrate to what extent CLIL has changed and developed with the times, since its first appearance as an acronym for Content and Language Integrated Learning in 1994.

Among the issues to be discussed are the topics of ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ CLIL, the use of languages to develop subject competences, the three dimensions of content in CLIL and finally, what the future might hold for this growing paradigm.

To encourage a lively webinar with lots opportunities for audience participation, send us your questions about CLIL before the webinar and we’ll put them to Phil on the day!
