Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults
The
Cambridge certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA)
is an initial qualification for people who want to become teachers
of English as a foreign language, but have little or no previous experience.
It is a highly regarded and internationally-recognised qualification,
awarded by Cambridge ESOL,
part of the University of Cambridge.

in Professional Development for Language Education (MAPDLE) 2008
This
postgraduate qualification is a Master's degree developed in partnership
between NILE and the internationally-respected Leeds Metropolitan
University . The course is for second and foreign language teaching
professionals who wish to develop their ELT skills and knowledge,
enhance their career prospects and gain a postgraduate degree.
The
programme covers the theories of language acquisition, language teaching,
language assessment and language materials development as well as
conducting independent research to develop your own theories.
