Payment of Fees

All fees should be paid 4 weeks before the start of your course. Your place on the course cannot be guaranteed until we have received your deposit of £100 which will be deducted from your total course fees. If you enrol within 4 weeks of the start of the course, full fees should be paid at the time of enrolment. We cannot guarantee to hold a place, or to keep your first choice of accommodation, unless fees are paid promptly.

Course fees do not include examination fees. This does not apply to the Masters Level Programme, where all examination/assessment fees are included in the course fee.

You should write your name and the course you are taking or invoice number on all cheques and bank transfer documents. If you are paying by bank transfer, please send us a copy of the bank transfer documents with your enrolment form. NILE is not responsible for any bank charges.

We will add 2% of the total cost on any credit card payments to cover card charges.

Course Arrangements

NILE reserves the right to change course arrangements, venues and fees, if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your period of study more than 7 days before the start of the course, NILE will retain your non-refundable deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel your period of study within 7 days of the start of the course, NILE will retain your non-refundable deposit and you must also pay 1 week’s accommodation charge.

If you have applied for a visa and are unsuccessful, NILE will refund your deposit on receipt of your refusal letter.

Curtailment Policy

Courses of 4 weeks or less – refunds of fees would not normally be given. Courses of more than 4 weeks – refunds may be given at the discretion of NILE.

Bank Holidays

When a Bank Holiday occurs during a course of 3 weeks or more, classes will not usually take place on the Bank Holiday.
